Fritz Pastry Redux

Fritz Pastry is an island of peace tucked away in West Lakeview, where one can work, read, or just sit and think with no pressure. It’s a coffee shop serving the same beverage menu as Wormhole Coffee in Wicker Park, but also serving the very best house-made pastries.

Many of our offerings are of the vegan variety, including our critically-acclaimed donuts and other artisanal-made pastry items. Our philosophy is that if we can make it vegan and make it taste better than otherwise, we’ll do it. So just ask!

Oh, yeah, you can also pick up coffee beans from upstart Chicago roaster, HalfWit Coffee–our sister company. Crafted with great attention to both the sourcing and the roasting of the beans, HalfWit stands out and we think you’ll notice.
