About Fritz Pastry

Fritz Pastry is a quirky neighborhood bakery and café specializing in playful pastry, craft coffee, and tasty vegan treats. Everything at Fritz is made fresh in-house daily, from our classic croissants and portable pies to our iconic donuts with the hole lovingly nestled on top - after all, we wouldn’t want to leave anything out.

We’re proud to serve coffee from our friends at HalfWit Coffee Roasters. Our beans are sustainably produced, ethically sourced, and brewed fresh every half-hour.

Breakfast pastries, dainty desserts, and hearty soups and sandwiches are available Tuesday-Sunday. On Saturdays and Sundays we offer a full brunch menu (did we mention we’re BYOB?). Check out our facebook page for daily specials and enticing visuals.
